Crochet therapy is painless and has shown results for many years.
Our technique is based on the removal of fibrous adhesions limiting movement between different muscle planes and fibrous corpuscles. Performed using a specialized tool called a "hook," this method is also effective in addressing adherent scars. Additionally, it promotes increased blood circulation and possibly lymphatic circulation, thus attributing it a circulatory effect.
Here are some non-exhaustive examples of indications for our technique:
- Tendinopathies (such as Achilles tendinopathy, commonly known as "tennis elbow"...)
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Arnold neuralgia
- Treatment of postoperative scars
